In 1989, a small team of experienced French bakers
and pâtissiers decided to bring the taste of authentic French
bread and pâtisseries to London.
Using only the finest flours, inherited recipes
and skills, bread became an edible art.
In 1990, the Bagatelle Boutique opened in the
French quarter of South Kensington, displaying "under one roof"
a wide range of bread, pâtisseries, ice cream cakes, home-made
dishes, charcuteries and a selection of up market French cheeses
and dairy products.
To offer quality for the eyes as well as for tastebuds, Bagatelle's
newly refurbished boutique, will welcome you in a genuine and friendly
atmosphere of a typical French "Boulangerie - Patisserie".
The quality of services and goods offered
by Bagatelle has, in just a few years, qualified it as the most
renowned purveyor of luxury and authentic continental
breads and pastries.
Bagatelle also offers its "A la carte"
catering services,
meeting all your needs at the office or at home. Its deluxe Lunchtrays
allow you to dine in style without leaving your office. For any
occasion, be it an intimate soirée for two or a special event
gathering hundreds of guests, Bagatelle can bring Paris to your
table.
Bagatelle Boutique is also the only food retail
outlet in the UK to have been awarded the title of "Maison
de Qualité" by the reknown French "Club Gastronomique
Prosper Montagné", present also in Japan and several European
countries.
Gastronomically yours,
